EPOMEA Larissa was found at the premises of the 8th EMAK (Special Units for Disaster Relief) for the purpose of both theoretical and practical training.

In more detail, the volunteers were informed on the theoretical level of safety, techniques and methodologies of major operations. Finally, they came in contact with rescue vehicles, machinery and tools.
