In England and Salisbury headquarters Serve On the Elite were led by President of Egaleo and Vice Next Greece Roumeliotis George within the Council of the European EVOLSAR groups. The board except the representatives were the President of the Italian EDELWAISS, President EFRU Malta, President of BOBEIROS Portugal and replacements of ESP Portugal and Cyprus. We would like to thank the England team for their hospitality and help them in that we needed. The board discussed other than the volunteer rescue manual issues relating to European teams.The next concil wiil take placein in Athens  at January 17 whene the inclusion of the second  Creece tream will be discussed in EVOLSAR for whiche the managment of next Greece neaded of Greece,it has suggested  positive as states amd the  Europeans teams.
